Abstract Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit abstracts for poster presentations or short oral presentations at the III CADIn International Congress.

Abstracts must follow the standard format presented below, and should not exceed the 400 words limit:

Abstracts are to be submitted via e-mail (congressointernacional2016@cadin.net) until July 15th of 2016. After this date and until 31-august-2016 submitted abstracts will still be considered, but we may not be able to notify the authors of the acceptance decision in time for an early bird registration in the Congress. Please make sure to include the following data in your submission email: 1. presenter’s name, 2. affiliation, 3. e-mail address, 4. telephone number, and 5. whether you are submitting your work for a poster presentation or for a short oral presentation. Abstracts and presentations may be in Portuguese, or in Spanish,or in English (any of the three). Original research work, case-reports, descriptive reports, and thematic reviews or theoretical essays will be considered eligible.

There will be two short oral presentations sessions at the congress, each comprising five 10 minute presentations. The scientific committee will decide which abstracts are eligible for a short oral presentation.

At least one of each presentation’s authors must register as a participant in the III CADIn International Congress before the final registration deadline.
